We relied heavily on Connor as our realtor because we were purchasing a home in Vermont while living in Maryland, and having only spent 2 days touring around the city 6 months prior to actually looking for a home. Christiana is truly a DREAM COME TRUE. Buying a home from out of state, from all the way across the country, can be daunting and scary. Especially in our new reality of COVID where the market is so crazy in Vermont and good homes sell within a day. I worked with Christiana for about nine months before we found the perfect place for me to buy. Before finding Christiana, I worked with a few other realtors over a three month period prior, and none of them compared in the slightest. During that nine month time frame, we looked at numerous properties consisting of multi unit homes, single family homes, and condos all around northern Vermont. Christiana did an amazing job helping me purchase my first home. There are several reasons she was the perfect choice for me, the first being that she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. When I first came to her, I didn’t have a good idea of exactly what I wanted, yet she knew the right questions to ask and gave me the information I needed to decide on a home buying direction to pursue. Erin helped us make the move back to Vermont during the pandemic. She was an amazing resource to have both for her knowledge of the market as well as for the connections she set up for us (communicating with the local mortgage broker, the home inspector, etc.). We were unable to be in Vermont for the process and having Erin there on the ground made us feel so much more confident about making the big decisions that come with buying your first home.
